1、摘要压力机是锻压、冲压、冷挤压、校直、弯曲、粉末冶金、成型、打包等加工工艺中应用广泛的压力加工机械设备。液压压力机通过液压系统产生很大的静压力实现对工件进行挤压、校直、冷弯等加工。而本次实习主要是设计汽车板簧分选实验压力机(立式),先进行查阅文献,了解并熟悉设计工况,确定执行元件主要参数,拟定系统原理草图,计算选择液压元件,验算系统性能,绘制零件图和装配图,编制技术文件,最后撰写课程设计说明书。关键:压力机工况分析系统原理液压元件系统性能工作图AbstractPressforging,stamp
