1、浅谈建筑工程项目成本管理的研究摘要近年来，建筑市场竞争日益激烈，特别是由于市场机制不够完善，招投标价格偏低，建设方资金困难等，致使施工企业经济效益不佳，严重危及施工企业的生存和发展，这样就迫使我们施工企业不断地改进成本管理，从而使企业实现成本最低化，利润最大化。虽然施工企业不断的加强成本管理措施，制定相关目标成本，但工程成本始终没有降下来。究其原因，除市场因素外，主要是对工程成本管理缺乏足够的认识，没有强化成本管理的具体可操作的措施，缺乏低成本战术，造成了成本支出大、经济效益低下的不良局面。对此进行了分析和探讨，并以案例工程为例提出了相应的对策。关键词：施工企业成本管理存在问题12Rese
