2、沈阳市部分居民小区及物业进行了问卷调查，分析了沈阳市居民小区物业管理现状及问题，并尝试性的提出了一些解决办法。分析发现沈阳居民小区物业管理主要包括物业管理费收费过高问题、业主拖欠物业费、业主财产损失等问题，再通过借鉴国内外相关的管理经验，提出沈阳市居民小区物业管理问题的解决对策，包括采取合理的收费措施、建设与管理相结合、业主按时交纳物业费等，希望小区发展越来越好，物业与小区共同发展。关键词：物业管理居民小区业主权益物业纠纷26沈阳航空航天大学本科毕业设计（论文）AbstractWiththedevelopmentofpropertymanagement,residen
