1、探究围产期酮病奶牛高糖现象摘要:本文主要以黑龙江省某集约化奶牛场的产后14、21天69头奶牛为对象,旨在通过对围产期酮病病程长短分组探究围产期酮病高血糖现象。根据血浆BHBA浓度,将实验牛分成酮病组(K)和健康对照组(C)。在酮病组中将产后14和21天都发病的分为病程长组(LTK),将产后14和21天中仅一个时间点发病的分为病程短组(STK)。分别检测其GLU、NEFA、BHBA、肝功能指标,分析结果显示:①围产期高血糖现象主要集中在STK组中;②LTK组BHBA极显著高于STK组和C组。LTK组和STK组NEFA极显著高于C组,而LTK组与S
2、TK组之间差异不显著。LTK组Glu显著低于C组和STK组,而STK组与C组之间无显著差异。结论:酮病奶牛机体处于能量负平衡状态。病程短的酮病奶牛能量负平衡的程度轻,代偿机能强,可维持血糖在正常水平,而病程长的酮病奶牛则相反。并且病程长的酮病奶牛肝脏功能状况发生了明显的变化,而病程短的酮病奶牛肝脏功能表现基本正常。关键词:奶牛;围产期;酮病;高血糖;肝功能StudyofperinataldairyketosishyperglycemiaphenomenonAbstractThispapermainlyanintensivedairyfarmin

5、gnificantlyhigherthanthatinSTKgroupandCgroup.LTKgroupandSTKgroupNEFAissignificantlyhigherthanthatofgroupC,andbetweenLTKgroupandSTKgroup,thedifferencewasnotsignificant.TheLTKingroupGluwassignificantlylowerthanthatofCgroupandSTKgroup,butnosignificantdifferencebetweengroupSTKan
6、dgroupC.Conclusion:ketosiscowsinnegativeenergybalanceofthebody.Ashortcourseofketosiscowsinnegativeenergybalancedegreeoflight,compensatoryfunctionstrong,canbemaintainedinthenormallevelofbloodsugar,andlongerdurationofcowketosisisopposite.Andthelongerdurationofketosisindairycow
