2、江波孙琦许利刚徐俊通讯作者:徐俊,Email:neurojun@126.com南京医科大学附属脑科医院神经内科江苏省省级机关医院(江苏省老年医院)神经内科2100249。摘要:目的应用Addenbrooke改良认知评估量表(ACE-R)探讨帕金森病(PD)患者认知功能障碍情况。方法对某三甲专科医院神经科门诊及住院治疗的24例PD患者行ACE-R评估。结果24例PD中11例MMSE异常与13例MMSE正常的患者比较,两组间在年龄方面差异有显著性(P<0.05),而病程、Hoehn-Yahr分期及UPDRS-motor差异无显著性;24例PD中14例ACE-R
3、异常与10例ACE-R正常的患者比较,两组间年龄差异无显著性,而病程、Hoehn-Yahr分期及UPDRS-motor差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。两组在ACE-R各分项中(注意和定向、记忆、语言流利性、语言及视空间)差异显著性明显(P<0.005)。结论ACE-R用作评估PD合并认知障碍敏感性高于MMSE,较MMSE更适合用于PD患者的认知障碍筛查。关键词:帕金森病、认知障碍、痴呆、Addenbrooke改良认知评估量表PreliminarystudyonapplicationoftheAddenbrooke'sCognitiveExamination
