1、山美水库管理处库区食堂承包经营招标公告为进一步加强库区食堂规范化管理，根据职代会福利组研究决定，按照“公开、公平、公正”的原则，拟对库区食堂采取新一轮招标，对外承包经营。具体事项要求如下：一、参加竞标的资格要求1、竞标者应具有一定餐饮从业经验，无发生过餐饮食品卫生安全事故，熟悉饮食卫生、防疫等相关的法规知识，能承担民事法律责任能力的。2、竞标者须提供本人在泉州近五年内三年以上从事餐饮行业的有关证明，如：合同书、协议书、营业执照等原件；提供本人身份证原件。3、竞标者应保证至少有一名具有中级及以上等级厨师证的职业厨师和一名管理人员，常驻食堂主理；帮厨一名；
2、服务员及杂工各两名；以上人员须提供健康证、身份证等证件原件（厨师须提供职业资格等级证书）。4、对竞标者提供的相关证件，审查合格后，方可参加竞标报名；冒名顶替、弄虚作假、挂靠他人经营的将取消其竞标资格。5、本处职工不参与此次竞标。二、承包经营范围及声明1、承包经营范围〈1〉职工库区食堂用餐及厂房运行人员用餐。designateapersonresponsibleforperiodicallyrepaired,ifsignificantqualityproblems,whetherit'sdesignorconstructionreasons,arereq

5、issueacertificateofcompletiontotheconstructionunit,constructionanddesign,qualitysupervisionstation,theengineer,civilengineeringandotherunitstosignthecertificatesofcompletion;4)signedafinalacceptancecertificateandconstructionunit,andaccordingtothecontractprovisionsofsettlementpro
