1、慕尼黑再保险安装工程一切险Contractors’AllRisksInsuranceWhereastheInsurednamedintheScheduleheretohasmadetoACEInsuranceLimited(hereinaftercalled“theInsurers”)awrittenproposalbycompletingaQuestionnairewhichtogetherwithanyotherstatementsmadeinwritingbytheInsuredforthepurposeofthisPolicyisdeemedto
2、beincorporatedherein.NowthisPolicyofInsurancewitnessesthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtotheInsurersthepremiummentionedintheScheduleandsubjecttotheterms,exclusions,provisionsandconditionscontainedhereinorendorsedhereontheInsurerswillindemnifytheInsuredinthemannerandtotheextenther
3、einafterprovided.GeneralExclusionsTheInsurerswillnotindemnifytheInsuredinrespectofloss,damageorliabilitydirectlyorindirectlycausedbyorarisingoutoforaggravatedby(a)war,invasion,actofforeignenemy,hostilities(whetherwarbedeclaredornot),civilwar,rebellionrevolution,insurrection,mutin
4、y,riot,strike,lock-out,civilcommotion,militaryorusurpedpower,agroupofmaliciouspersonorpersonsactingonbehalfoforinconnectionwithanypoliticalorganization,conspiracy,confiscation,commandeering,requisitionordestructionordamagebyorderofanygovernmentdejureordefactoorbyanypublicauthorit
5、y;(b)nuclearreaction,nuclearradiationorradioactivecontamination;(c)wilfulactorwilfulnegligenceoftheInsuredorofhisrepresentatives;(d)cessationofworkwhethertotalorpartial.Inanyaction,suitorotherproceedingwheretheInsurersallegethatbyreasonoftheprovisionsofExclusiona)aboveanyloss,des
6、truction,damageorliabilityisnotcoveredbythisinsurancetheburdenofprovingthatsuchloss,destruction,damageorliabilityiscoveredshallbeupontheInsured.PeriodofCoverTheliabilityoftheInsurersshallcommencenotwithstandinganydatetothecontraryspecifiedintheSchedule,directlyuponcommencementofw
7、orkoraftertheunloadingofthetermsenteredintheScheduleatthesite.TheInsurers’liabilityexpiresforpartsoftheInsuredcontractworkstakenoverorputintoservice.AtthelatesttheinsuranceshallexpireonthedatespecifiedintheSchedule.AnyextensionsofthePeriodofInsurancearesubjecttothepriorwrittencon
