1、慕尼黑再保险安装工程一切险Contractors’AllRisksInsuranceWhereastheInsurednamedintheScheduleheretohasmadetoACEInsuranceLimited(hereinaftercalled“theInsurers”)awrittenproposalbycompletingaQuestionnairewhichtogetherwithanyotherstatementsmadeinwritingbytheInsuredforthepurposeofthisPolicyisdeemedt
2、obeincorporatedherein.NowthisPolicyofInsurancewitnessesthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtotheInsurersthepremiummentionedintheScheduleandsubjecttotheterms,exclusions,provisionsandconditionscontainedhereinorendorsedhereontheInsurerswillindemnifytheInsuredinthemannerandtotheextenth
3、ereinafterprovided.GeneralExclusionsTheInsurerswillnotindemnifytheInsuredinrespectofloss,damageorliabilitydirectlyorindirectlycausedbyorarisingoutoforaggravatedby(a)war,invasion,actofforeignenemy,hostilities(whetherwarbedeclaredornot),civilwar,rebellionrevolution,insurrection,mu
4、tiny,riot,strike,lock-out,civilcommotion,militaryorusurpedpower,agroupofmaliciouspersonorpersonsactingonbehalfoforinconnectionwithanypoliticalorganization,conspiracy,confiscation,commandeering,requisitionordestructionordamagebyorderofanygovernmentdejureordefactoorbyanypublicauth
5、ority;(b)nuclearreaction,nuclearradiationorradioactivecontamination;(c)wilfulactorwilfulnegligenceoftheInsuredorofhisrepresentatives;(d)cessationofworkwhethertotalorpartial.Inanyaction,suitorotherproceedingwheretheInsurersallegethatbyreasonoftheprovisionsofExclusiona)aboveanylos
6、s,destruction,damageorliabilityisnotcoveredbythisinsurancetheburdenofprovingthatsuchloss,destruction,damageorliabilityiscoveredshallbeupontheInsured.PeriodofCoverTheliabilityoftheInsurersshallcommencenotwithstandinganydatetothecontraryspecifiedintheSchedule,directlyuponcommencem
7、entofworkoraftertheunloadingofthetermsenteredintheScheduleatthesite.TheInsurers’liabilityexpiresforpartsoftheInsuredcontractworkstakenoverorputintoservice.AtthelatesttheinsuranceshallexpireonthedatespecifiedintheSchedule.AnyextensionsofthePeriodofInsurancearesubjecttothepriorwri
