1、学生毕业论文题目:茶籽饼粕中茶皂素的提取及优化工艺姓名:宋雪琴学号:201012020123系别:应用化学系班级:生化1011指导教师:罗跃中老师2012年12月摘要茶籽榨油后所得的茶籽饼中含有一定的茶皂素,而从茶籽饼中提取茶皂素并使之综合利用的问题变得尤为重要。由于茶皂素其味苦而辣,从而影响茶籽饼的进一步回收与利用。茶籽饼中茶皂素的利用也就成了关键技术问题之一。我们用微波提取法从提取剂、提取浓度、提取次数、料液比等四个方面对茶籽饼中茶皂素的提取及含量测定做了进一步的探讨与研究。再利用紫外分光光度计进行扫描,结合提取出
2、的茶皂素提取液,再经香草醛?硫酸显色法,得出茶皂素在470nm处出现最大吸收峰,即确定茶皂素的最大吸收波长为470nm。用茶皂素标准样,经香草醛-硫酸显色方法,绘制茶皂素定量的标准曲线,然后通过单因素试验研究了提取剂、提取浓度、提取次数、料液比对茶皂素提取率的影响,通过正交试验确定了茶皂素的最佳工艺参数:提取剂为乙醇、乙醇浓度为10%、提取次数为两次,茶皂素的提取率最高。其提取率为3.62%。关键词:茶籽饼、茶皂素、提取、含量测定、单因素试验、正交试验TitleIntea-seedCakeTeaSaponinExtra
