4、corn摘要t信任对组织的积极作用已得到广泛证实。但组织中信任很容易破坏,其修复过程经常发生。已有关于信任修复的研究多关注信任违背方的修复策略,如道歉、否认等,很少关注信任方的个体特征对信任修复效果的影响,更少有同时考虑信任方和违背方的特点。本研究力求探索信任方的内隐人格理论与信任违背方的道歉归因方式如何共同影响信任修复效果。以520名大学本科生为被试,采用2(信任方内隐理论:稳定VS可变)x2(道歉归因方式:内归因VS外归因)被试问设计,结果显示:(1)归因方式对信任修复的主效应显著一内部归因的道歉方式的修复效果显著
5、性高于外部归因;(2)内隐理论的主效应不显著,但内隐理论与归因方式对信任修复的交互作用显著.对于持可变的内隐理论的信任方,内部归因方式的道歉的信任修复效果显著高于外部归因方式的道歉;对于持稳定的内隐理论的信任方,两者差异不显著。研究结果对于从个体和情景的交互作用角度理解信任修复过程有一定促进作用。关键词。内隐理论:信任修复;归因TrustRepairProcess:TheEffectofImplicitTheoriesandAttributionalStylesYaoq(correspondingauthor)LaiK
