1、安徽大学行政管理专业本科毕业论文我国公务员晋升管理中竞争机制研究摘要公务员制度是现代政府人事行政体制的普遍形式,自我国1993年起开始推行国家公务员制度,这项制度既是政治体制改革的一项重要内容,也是建立社会主义市场经济体制的必然要求。公务员晋升不仅关系到公务员个人的发展和才能的发挥,更关系到整个国家的前途命运。自我国在公务员中引入竞争机制,经过十几年的发展实践,公务员晋升的“竞争”观念基本树立,采用竞争的方式也取得一定的成效,提拔了一大批年轻有为的公务员到重要的岗位施展抱负。但公务员晋升管理制度本身,晋升管理中竞争机制及其运行过程也出现了一些问题。本文由四章组成:第一章
