1、【摘要】目的分析肝素钠抗凝的血浆肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶MB、乳酸脱氢酶、α羟丁酸脱氢酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶的活性,探讨肝素钠对心肌酶活力的影响。方法收集经体检证实健康个体113例,其中男性61例,女性52例,同时采集他们的肝素钠抗凝血浆和血清。通过连续监测法测定血浆和血清肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶MB、乳酸脱氢酶、α羟丁酸脱氢酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶的活性。结果肝素钠抗凝血浆的肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶MB、乳酸脱氢酶、α羟丁酸脱氢酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶的活性均值分别为95.4±50.3u/L、13.1±8.1u/L、184.0±41.9u/L、122.7±32.9u/
2、L、26.3±17.9u/L,而血清对照组的肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶MB、乳酸脱氢酶、α羟丁酸脱氢酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶的活性均值分别为95.9±51.4u/L、12.7±7.5u/L、187.1±36.3u/L、119.6±29.2u/L、26.5±18.5u/L,两种标本的心肌酶活性无显著性差异(所有P值均大于0.05)。结论肝素钠对心肌酶活性无显著影响,肝素钠抗凝血浆可作为心肌酶活性测定的标本,可为临床抢救急性心肌梗死赢得宝贵时间。【关键词】心肌酶;酶活性;肝素钠;血浆ActivityAnalysisofPlasmaMyocardialEnzymeAntiCoagu
