1、粮食主产区农资价格和农民增收相互关系实证探究　　摘要：运用格兰杰因果关系检验、向量自回归模型、Johansen协整检验、脉冲响应函数分析等方法对粮食主产区农资价格与农民收入的关系进行了实证研究。结果表明，粮食主产区农资价格与农民收入之间没有长期稳定的均衡关系，且从长远来看，农资价格上涨的幅度要大于农民收入的增幅，将会显著挤压农民增收的空间。为保持农资价格合理上涨的同时，保证农民持续增收，提出了积极发展现代农业，有效分割农资需求，着力构建农业生产资料价格预警机制，进一步加大强农惠农力度的对策建议。关键词：粮食主产区；农资价格；农民收入中图分类号：F323.7文献标识码：A

7、动颇为频繁，而对其成本进行有效核算的体系尚不完善，使得农民收入增长的不确定性日渐显现。如何在保持农资价格合理上涨的同时，保证农民持续增收，成为亟待解决的一个难题。12许多学者已从理论和实证两个方面对农资价格与农民收入两者关系展开了深入系统的研究，这对稳定农资价格、促进农民持续增收具有理论和现实意义，但在实证研究方面往往侧重国家层面上农资价格与农民收入的关系，忽视了地区的差异性，而且大多也未将农民收入按照相关指数进行折算[1-7]，影响了实证结果的相对有效性。虽然也有学者对单个省份农资价格与农民收入的关系进行过研究并提出相关建议，但由于选取
