1、监理现场工作规范化管理和考核简述　　摘要：在我国工程建设监理制度建立已有二十余年，广大监理企业为工程建设的健康发展作出了重要的贡献，已逐步被社会所认可。随着中国加入WTO以来，国外咨询业进入国内市场并参与竞争，我国监理企业已面临同国际市场接轨的趋势，市场对监理企业的需求越来越广，要求越来越高。监理工作的市场定位，由目前的施工阶段监理将逐步向建设项目的全过程监理发展。为此，监理企业必须打好坚实的基础，才能适应市场。关键词：监理现场；工作规范化；管理；考核Abstract:Hasbeenestablishedformorethantwentyyearsi

7、anagement;evaluation中图分类号：TL372+.3文献标识码：A文章编号：2095-2104（2013）6现场监理工作规范化管理，首先要建立一支高效、精简的项目监理机构，以及与之配套的管理制度。组建项目监理机构，应当树立以人为本的理念。众所周知，我国的建设工程监理实行总监负责制，总监的业务水平、职业道德及协调能力对现场监理工作规范化管理起着至关重要的作用。组建项目监理机构必须全面考虑专业、职称、年龄结构和思想素质，做到结构合理、专业齐全、适应现场监理工作的需要。正常的监理工作制度有：设计文件、图纸会审制度，施工组织设计审查制度，开工

8、报告审查制度，工程材料、半成品、成品的质量检验制度，隐蔽工程、分部（项）、检验批验收制度，工程各施工阶段验收
