3、lementaryrequirementtotheQCManual.本程序是质量手册的补充要求。2PreparationbeforePressureTesting在压力试验前的准备2.1Hydrostaticpressuretestshallbecarriedoutafterallfabricationworkshasbeenfinished.QCEngineershallverifythatallrequiredfabrication,examination,inspectionandtestactivitieshavebeencompleted,especiallythoseinspect

4、ionpointsestablishedbyAIhavebeenproperlyclosed.AllNonconformityReportshavebeencompletelyclosedifexisted.在所有制造工作完全完成之后，应实施水压试验。质量经理应检验所有要求的制造、检验、检查和测试行为都已经被完成，特别是那些已经由AI建立并已经适当地关闭的检验点。2.2Beforehydrostaticpressuretesting,QCEngineershallcarryoutvisualinspectionsbothinternallyandexternallywithExamineron

5、theCodeitems.IfsuchinspectionisrequestedbyAI,AI’svisualinspection,dimensionalcheckshallbecarriedoutpriortothepressuretestandtheresultshallbeacceptable.在水压试验之前，质量工程师和检验员应对规范产品执行目测检验。如果AI要求检验，AI的目测建议和尺寸建议应在压力测试和结果被接受之前进行。2.3Thebeingpressuretestedvesselsshallbecleanandfreefromanyoil,grease,paintandothe

6、rdirties.Theoutsidesurfaceofthevesselshallbekeptdryandcleanduringtheperiodofpressuretest.Thetestingequipmentshallbeexaminedtothatitistightandthatalllow-pressurefillinglinesandotherappurtenancesthatshallnotbesubjectedtothetestpressurehavebeendisconnected.ZhenjiangJinMenIndustrialCo.,LtdASMEProcedures
