6、···································································3311引言地理多媒体教学是指在地理教学过程中,根据教学目标和教学对象的特点,通过教学设计,合理选择和运用现代教学媒体,并与传统教学手段有机组合,共同参与教学全过程,以多种媒体信息作用于学生,形成合理的教学过程结构,从而使教学效果达到最好。它是培养符合未来社会需求的中学地理教师必不可少的途径,是普通高校的有机组成部分,是学生学习抽象知识不可缺少的重要教学手段[1]。这种认识不仅

7、是我国普通高校实践的概括和总结,世界上许多发达国家对此都有十分清晰的认识,人们大多认为,学生在学习过程中加入优美的音乐和生动的画面,能使学习效果更佳,作为未来地理教师不仅要有渊博的地理科学知识,而且要有把地理科学知识有效地传授给学生的本领,这种本领也包括了运用多媒体传授知识。但目前多媒体教学存在一定的争议,尤其是中学地理中的多媒体教学。与传统教学方法相比,它是否更有效,更方便,更有意义呢?很多学生用“看电影”来形容一堂不怎么生动的多媒体课,上多媒体课意味着老师需要花更多的时间来做课件,尤其是地理课件比较难做,

8、有很多动态过程的演示,如果效果不明显,或没有更优于传统教学的话,那可谓劳神又费时。但是现在科技越来越发达,能够资源共享,很多老师选择直接从网上下载课件,不加任何修改就拿来上课,这势必会影响教学效果,影响学生学习地理的兴趣。因此作为未来中学地理教师的我们,应该以何种姿态来面对中学地理中的多媒体教学,是完全否定,还是一味的进行多媒体教学,是应该自己做课件呢,还是直接从网上下载或拷贝他人的课件,这是我们需
