5、ence内容提要饮食是人类的必需品。每个国家都有不同的文化和不同的饮食文化。中西方的文化差异导致了中西方饮食文化之间的差异。中国受到儒家思想、佛教、道教的影响，而西方国家则受到古希腊文艺复兴、古罗马文化以及基督教的影响。中西方饮食文化之间的差异主要表现在饮食观念、饮食对象和饮食方式上。分析中西方饮食文化的差异可以促进不同文化国家间的交流，以及中国饮食的发展。关键词：饮食文化文化差异Ⅰ.IntroductionThedietisthefirstneedforhuman'ssurvivalanddevelopment,also
