1、酒糟废液处理系统甲烷细菌的引种和调试Debuggingonalcoholwastewatertreatment甲烷细菌在自然界中分布极为广泛,在与氧气隔绝的环境都有甲烷细菌生长,海底沉积物,河湖淤泥,沼泽地,水稻田以及人和动物的粪便都有甲烷细菌存在。Methanogenicbacteriaisverywidelydistributedinnature,MethanogenicbacteriagrowsintheenvironmentIsolatedfromoxygen,suchasseasediment,rivermud,wetland
2、s,ricefieldsandhumanandanimalfaeces.调试方法A:DebuggingmethodA:1.启动前,用本地城市污水处理后的污泥,脱水后污泥(含水率10%)和鸡粪按(10:1)比例混合作为接种污泥,(也可以用常期发酵的水塘底部淤泥混入粪便作为接种污泥),按100kg/m³罐容计算,最好一次投加足够量的接种污泥,放入厌氧反应器内。反应器内温度保持在55±2℃,当反应器内温度下降时,反应器内挥发酸会增高,影响甲烷菌生长。1.Beforethestart,withthelocalmunicipalwastewate

4、theinoculatedsludgeintotheanaerobicreactor.Thereactortemperaturemaintainedat55±2℃,whenthereactortemperaturedecreases,thevolatileacidinthereactorwillincrease,affectingthegrowthofmethanebacteria.2.调试期间,反应器内废液pH值3-4,影响甲烷菌生长;所以需要在调节池添加适量石灰乳中和,使pH值达6.8-7.2,反应器正常运转后自身有一定缓冲作用,一
5、般不需要再加石灰乳。2.Commissioningperiod,thereactorliquidpH,3-4,influencethegrowthofmethanebacteria;thereforeneedtoaddcertainamountofmilkoflimeintheadjustingpooltomakepHvalueof6.8-7.2,afterthenormaloperationofthereactoritselfhasacertainbufferrole,generallydonotneedaddmilkoflime.3
6、.启动初期,从污泥床流出的污泥可以不予回流,使特别轻的和细碎污泥跟悬浮物从污泥床排出体外,使较重的活性污泥在床内积累,并促进其增殖逐步达到颗粒化;3.Startearly,outofthesludgefromthesludgebedcannotreturn,sothatspeciallightandcrushingthesludgewithsuspendedmatterexcretedfromthesludgebed,theheavyaccumulationofactivatedsludgeinthebed,andtopromoteth
7、eproliferationofgranulationgraduallyreach;4.为促进污泥床内污泥颗粒化,反应区内的最小空罐速度不可低于1m/d,采用较高的表面水力负荷有利于小颗粒污泥与污泥絮凝分开,使小颗粒污泥凝并为大颗粒。4.Topromotethesludgebedofgranularsludge,thereactionrateoftheregioncannotbelessthantheminimumempty1m/d,thehigherhydraulicloadingofthesurfaceisconducivetosm
