3、nasamatterofexperienceinthepastyearsandfromthepointofviewofusers.1.Handlingofbeltdeviationofbeltconveyer:Thebeltdeviationofbeltconveyerduringoperationisthemostcommonfault.Tohandlethistypeoffault,emphasisshouldbeplacedonthedimensionalaccuracyoferectionandtheroutinemaintena
4、nce.Thereareseveralkindsofcauses.Thedifferentialtreatmentshouldbemadeaccordingtothedifferentcauses.1.1 Adjustmentofcarryingrollerset:Ifthebeltofbeltconveyerisdeviatedinthemiddleofthewholebeltconveyer,thepositionofcarryingrollersetisadjusted.Duringthemanufacture,themounti
5、ngholesonbothsidesofcarryingrollersetaremachinedtoslotsfortheconvenienceofadjustment.Forthespecificadjustingmethods,seeFig.1.Thespecificmethodisthatwhenthebeltisdeviatedfromtheside,thatsideofcarryingrollersetshouldbemovedforwardsthedirectionoftravel,ortheothersidemovedbac
