6、··⋯⋯89参考资料·······················································,·················································⋯⋯90GB/T19754-2005前言本标准参照美国汽车工程师学会2002年9月提出的SAEJ2711《重型混合动力电动汽车和传统汽车燃料经济性和排气污染物的试验方法》中关于燃料消耗量的部分技术内容,和联合国欧洲经济委员会(ECE)2003年10月30日提出的“ECER101.01法规的修正草案的建议”中关于混合动力电动车辆的能量消耗量方面的

7、部分技术内容制定。本标准在测试循环的选择、装载质量的分布、仪器设备的技术条件以及道路滑行方法等方面根据中国的国家标准进行了相应的修改。本标准的附录A,附录B和附录E是规范性附录。本标准的附录C和附录D是资料性附录。本标准由全国汽车标准化技术委员会提出。本标准由全国汽车标准化技术委员会归口。本标准主要起草单位:东风电动汽车股份有限公司、中国汽车技术研究中心。本标准主要起草人:杨孝伦、李峥、徐平兴、邓远发、尤林华。GB/T19754-2005重型混合动力电动汽车能量消耗量试验方法范围本标准规定了重型混合动力电动汽车在底盘测功机或道路上进行能量
