1、红河州第四人民医院输液不良反应应急预案及处理程序　【应急预案】　　1.发生输液不良反应时立刻停止输液或者保留静脉通路，改换其余液体和输液器。　　2.报告医生并遵医嘱给药。　　3.输液反应严重者就地抢救，必要时行心肺复苏。　　4.记录患者生命体征、一般情况和抢救过程。　　5.及时报告医院感染管理委员会、药剂科、护理部。　　6.保留输液器和药液分别送消毒供应中心和药剂科，同时取相同批号的液体、输液器和注射器分别送检。　　7.患者家属有异议时，立刻按有关程序对输液器具及药液进行封存。　　【处理程序】立刻停止输液→更换液体和输液器→报告医生
