3、oxygenconsumptionrate(O)[mg/h]anddryweightofsofttissue(W)[g]canberepresentedbyanallometricequationbO=aW,whiletherelationshipbetweenammoniaexcretionrate(N)[μg/h]anddryweightofsofttissue(W)[g]followsalsobanallometricequationN=cW.Itisindicatedthatbothmetabolicratesarecor
4、relatedpositivelywithwatertemperature.Hightemperaturecanreducethelevelofproteinmetabolism.Thelinearregressionamongoxygenconsumptionrate(O),temperature(T)anddryweightofsofttissue(W)canbedescribedbytheequationO=-0.6513+0.0532T+0.1073W,andforammoniathisrelationisN=32.162
