1、骨性II类下颌后缩儿童经Herbst矫治器治疗后软组织变化研究骨性TT类下颌后缩儿童经Herbst矫治器治疗后软组织变化研究［摘要］目的:探讨Herbst矫治器治疗对生长发育期儿童软组织侧貌的影响。方法:本研究选取17例生长发育期骨性II类下颌后缩儿童作为研究对象，采用国产Herbst矫治器进行矫治，并以10例未经治疗的生长发育期骨性TT类下颌后缩儿童作为对照。结果:经Herbst矫治器治疗后，软组织侧貌发生明显改变，面突度减小，代表下颌突度的下唇基角(S-Nz-Si),T唇角(LiSi-SN),软组织亥页突角(S-N‘-Pg，)显著增大,H角减小，差异有显著性(P
2、<0.05),代表上下唇矢状关系的上下唇基角(Sn-N^-Si)显著减小，同时亥页唇沟深度(Si-LiPgz)显著减小;但代表上颌突度的上唇基角(S-Nz-Sn)及上唇角(LsSn-SN)在治疗前后无明显变化。结论:Herbst矫治器的治疗促进了下面部软组织的生长，利于面型的改善，但亥页唇沟厚度(Si-B)的显著减少，提示硬软组织改建的不一致性。［关键词］Herbst矫治器;下颌后缩;头影测量;侧貌［中图分类号1R783.5［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1008-6455(2010)06-0885-03Facialprofilechangesofherbstappli
