1、摘要塑料成型是塑料加工中最普遍的方法，作为塑料成型加工的工具之一的塑料注射模具，在质量、精度、制造周期，以及注射过程中的生产效率等方面影响着产品的质量、产量、成本。产品的更新换代对模具设计水平有了更高的要求。本设计以电视机遥控器电池盖的注塑模具设计为主要内容，详细介绍了注射模的设计的一般流程，注塑模具的设计一般包括：注塑机的选用，浇注系统的设计，成型零件的设计，抽芯机构的设计，冷却系统的设计以及注塑机参数的校核。在注射模中，模具设计和程序控制的改善，越来越多地依赖于CADCAE技术，如基于PROE/MOLDESIGN的模具型腔设计，基于PROE/EMX的模架及零部件的设计和开模
