1、钢结构防腐及防火（1）Anticorrosionofsteelstructure钢结构的防腐Therequirementsofsteelstructuresurfacederusting,supportequipment,framebeamcolumnbeamisSa2.5grade,Sa3grade(rustandothercomponentsshouldbeusedinsandblasting),componentcleaningshouldbeimmediatelyaftersprayingandcoatingprimermatc

2、hing.钢结构的表面要求除锈，除锈等级框架梁柱、支撑、设备梁为Sa2.5级，其余构件Sa3级（除锈应采用喷砂），构件除锈后应立即喷涂与涂料相配套的底漆。Anticorrosivecoatings:防腐涂料：Epoxyzincrichprimer2,atotalof70umthick.环氧富锌底漆2道，共70μm厚；Epoxycloudironintermediatepaint1,70umthick.环氧云铁中间漆1道，70μm厚；Highchlorinatedpolyethyleneorpolyurethanefinish2~3cha

3、nnel,totalisof60~100um.高氯化聚乙烯或聚氨酯面漆2~3道，共60~100μm，Thegeneralsteelplatebyhotdipgalvanizedanti-corrosioncoating;zinccoatingthicknessshouldbegreaterthan85um.一般钢格板采用热浸锌防腐涂层，锌镀层的厚度应大于85μm。Anticorrosionservicelifeofsteelstructure:钢结构防腐使用年限：Allexposedsteelstructuresshallbeprote

5、entionofsteelstructureshouldbeinaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsinthe“codefordesignofindustrialbuildingcorrosionprotection”GB50046-2008.所有外露的钢结构构件，除防火保护范围之外均需做防腐处理。钢结构防腐按一般化工大气腐蚀设计，防腐处理采用防腐涂料，其使用寿命≥5年，特殊部位防腐寿命≥10年。钢结构防腐应符合《工业建筑防腐蚀设计规范》GB50046-2008中的有关规定。
