1、眼睛是心灵的窗户，所以小朋友们要从小养成科学用眼的好习惯，那么小朋友要从哪几方面做起呢?　　1.预防近视。不在强烈的或太暗的光线下看书、写字。读写姿势要坐端正，眼与书之间要保持30厘米以上的距离。不躺着看书。乘车走路时不看书。　　2.读写时间不宜过长。每隔50分钟左右要放松休息一下或是做做眼保健操，或是到窗前眺望远处。　　3.不要长时间观看电视节目、操作电脑和玩电子游戏。　　4.注意防止眼外伤，异物入眼要用正确的方法处理。　　5.不用手揉眼睛，不用脏手帕或脏毛巾擦眼睛。不与他人共用毛巾、脸盆等浴具。　　6.不直视太阳(尤其是在正午)和电焊光，以免烧伤眼睛。　　7.患上眼疾要及
