1、§描述(DESCRIPTION)1.1清洁的步骤CLEANINGPROCEDURE　1.1.1倒入IPA到超声波清洗机直到运作的位置，如果清洁水不足够，只要能够完全的淹没所需清洁的物体，也可以使用。确保要清洁的部分被淹没(IPA的高度要高于需清洁的部分)。可以使用客户指定的其它非IPA的化学溶剂，但一般用IPA。PourIPAintheultrasoniccleaneruptotheoperatinglevel.IneventofIPAshortage,machinecanbeusedaslongasthe

2、itemtobecleanedwilltotallysubmergetoIPA.(IPAlevelishigherthantheitemtoclean).ChemicalsotherthanIPAcanbeusedasinstructedbythecustomerbutingeneral,useIPA.1.1.2把需清洁的部分放入超声波清洗机中，然后填写表FP-R-019Puttheitemtobecleanedintheultrasoniccleanerthenfill-upFP-R-019.1.1.8.

3、1使用PWB的放置夹具，将PWB垂直放置。如果PWB高于IPA的清洁的最高水平线，则用其它的夹具将其水平放置，但有锡浆的一面必须朝下。如果PWB太长，则将其斜放在清洗机中，并用夹具固定，使得PWB与清洗槽底部隔离。如果是有一面已经过炉的双面板，用顶针固定，让有锡浆的一面朝下。PWBshouldbeinverticalposition.UsethePWBholderjig.IfthePWBistoohighthantheIPAoperatinglevel,putitinhorizontalpositionbu
