3、ulturallystrongone.Theycannotbeseparatedfromeachother.Especiallyinaneweraoftheculturaleconomy,economiccultureandeconomicandculturalintegration,onlybycombiningthecultureandtheeconomycantheprogressbeaccelerated.Intheyearof2007,weheldtheTradeTalksbetweenHenanandHongkongandtheCentralPlainCu
4、lturalVisitingtoHongkongwiththeintentionofshowingitscharming,performingitspotentialandstrengtheningitsattractiveness,andthusforminganewdrivingforceforCentralPlain.Toreachthisgoal,weshallinsistontheforwarddirectionofadvancedculture,strivetodeveloptheadvancedcultureandharmoniousculture;we
5、shallleadthegrowthoftheCentralPlainwiththescientifictheoryand condenseitbythe humanespirit;weshallsupportitbytheculturalindustryandpushforwarditbytalentandpromoteitbyinnovativeculture.FortherealizationoftheresurrectionofCentralPlain,weshallprovidepowerfulspirits,intellectualsupportandi
