3、ype2diabetesandtheclinicalapplication.Method:FBG,HbAle,InsconcentrationswereRespectivelydeterminedbyenzymaticoxidation,immunizationturbidity,chemiluminescence.Aftertreatmentofthediabeticpatients1monthand2months,wereexamined.Results:type2diabetesintheFBG,HbAlc,Insweresignifi
4、cantlyhigherthanthenormalcontrolgroup(P<0.01).Conclusion:GlucosemetabolismtargetandInslevelrelations:inimpairedglucosetolerance(IGT)totheclinicalearlytime,hasbeeninexistenceInsresistance,therelativelackofInscancompensatoryincreaseintheFBGtomaintainthenormallimitlevel;Clinic
5、alearlytomid-FBGincreased,Insresistancegradualincrease,theInslevelrelativeinsufficiencyhastensobviously,β-cellfunctionappearsfromstrengthenstotheweakentransformation,inbloodInslevelswereunstablestateoffluctuation,isintheearlierdecompensatedperiod;Theclinicalmidandlatestage,
6、appearscontinueshighFBG,theseriousInsresistancestillexisted,startstopresenttheInstobeabsolutelyinsufficient,Betacellfunctionisinadecompensatedperiodorthefailuretime,thebloodinsulinlevelreducesunceasingly.Theentirediabetescourse,thetypicalInsconcentrationcurvewasinvertedU-sh
