1、设计说明稳定汽油吸收炼油厂催化裂化产生的富气,本设计任务是富气年处理量为10万吨,关键组分丙烯的吸收分率大于等于94%。此吸收属于物理吸收法。采用常规逆流操作流程,见附图1。填料塔设备见附图2,带控制点的流程图见附图3。设计计算的大致步骤如下:首先,据富气处理量及关键组分的吸收分率,求出塔顶尾气的量为301.96936,吸收剂用量865.4及塔底吸收液的量1080.43,因进出物料吸收和释放的能量没有达到平衡,所以格外凝聚根据设计需要一个热负荷为换热器。再据富气及吸收剂的特性选择合适的填料(种类、材质、规格),该设计选取了直径的拉西环填料(乱堆
2、填料),由此求取塔径及填料层高度。再由吸收条件富气进料温度,塔顶出料温度为,操作压力为(绝),根据设计的要求和经济的合理性,选择合适的钢号——筒体和封头都选用。其次,塔部构件及附属构件的设计与选取:液体分布器、液体再分布器、塔底支承板、塔顶压板、人孔、泵。再次,各种接管的求取及法兰规格的查取,裙座、封头的设计求算等。即完成设计。最后,整体论证该塔的可行性及经济价值。关键词:C2C3乱堆泵DesignelucidationStablegasabsorptionrefineryFCCproducesrichgas,thisdesigntaskisr
