1、河南城建学院大专毕业设计设计说明43河南城建学院大专毕业设计设计说明设计说明稳定汽油吸收炼油厂催化裂化产生的富气,本设计任务是富气年处理量为10万吨,关键组分丙烯的吸收分率大于等于94%。此吸收属于物理吸收法。采用常规逆流操作流程,见附图1。填料塔设备见附图2,带控制点的流程图见附图3。设计计算的大致步骤如下:首先,据富气处理量及关键组分的吸收分率,求出塔顶尾气的量为301.96936,吸收剂用量865.4及塔底吸收液的量1080.43,因进出物料吸收和释放的能量没有达到平衡,所以格外凝聚根据设计需要一个热负荷为换热器。再据富气及吸收剂的特性
2、选择合适的填料(种类、材质、规格),该设计选取了直径的拉西环填料(乱堆填料),由此求取塔径及填料层高度。再由吸收条件富气进料温度,塔顶出料温度为,操作压力为(绝),根据设计的要求和经济的合理性,选择合适的钢号——筒体和封头都选用。其次,塔内部构件及附属构件的设计与选取:液体分布器、液体再分布器、塔底支承板、塔顶压板、人孔、泵。再次,各种接管的求取及法兰规格的查取,裙座、封头的设计求算等。即完成设计。最后,整体论证该塔的可行性及经济价值。关键词:C2C3乱堆泵43河南城建学院大专毕业设计设计说明DesignelucidationStablega
