6、777第17页共16页 武汉卓刀泉公园改造地下车库抗浮锚杆施工方案二、工程概况:武汉卓刀泉公园改造工程项目地下车库,为地下两层,抗浮锚杆设置面积区为688m2,主体结构为钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构。基础为独立承台基础和地下独立基础,基础板厚为400mm,基础防水板底标高为绝对标高-11.1m,底板开孔可见地下承压水涌出,水头150高。第二章抗浮桩(锚杆)设计与基本试验一、抗浮锚杆结构设计主要参数:1、抗浮锚桩(杆)总数:163根(基础平面图-锚杆平面布置图)。2、钻孔体:锚杆成孔直径≥150mm,自基础垫层绝对顶标高至锚杆锚固段为⑤-2层
7、泥岩中风化层,总长度暂定6.0米为锚杆钻孔深度。3、固结体:水泥砂浆强度不得低于30MPa,注浆用水泥浆体采用普通硅酸盐水泥,水泥材料标号不得低于P42.5,且宜采用普通硅酸盐水泥,注浆材料采用的拌和水宜采用饮用水,不得使用污水;水泥砂浆只能用于一次注浆,其细骨料应选用最大尺寸小于2.0mm的砂;水泥浆中氯化物的含量不得超过水泥重量的0.1%。4、锚杆:采用锚筋2Φ22(HRB400),点焊成束(抗拉强度设计值fy=360MPa)。5、锚杆在底板与岩层界面上下各200mm范围内涂环氧树脂减少锚杆锈蚀。二、抗浮锚杆拉力设计参数1、锚杆锚固
8、段长度及抗拔承载力特征值:锚杆进入⑤-2层泥岩中风化层的长度不小于3m。2、通过基本试验,确定能否满足设计承载力。3、验收试验:锚杆验收抽样数为3根,最大试验荷载应取锚杆杆体抗拔极限承载力特征值的2倍。三、
