5、《亿都城市首府--地下室设计施工图纸》。2、《建筑地基处理技术规范》(JGJ79-2002)3、《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GB50007-2002)4、《土层锚杆设计与施工规范》(CECS22-90)5、《注浆技术规程》(YSJ211-92)6、《岩土锚杆(索)技术规程》(CECS22:2005)7、政府及行业行政主管部门对建筑施工管理的有关规定。二、工程概况:株洲市亿都城市首府--地下室,为地下两层。基础为竖向抗浮锚杆,基础板厚为500mm,基础防水板底标高为绝对标高48.7m,负二层标高为-3.6米。12抗浮锚杆施工
6、方案第二章抗浮桩(锚杆)设计与基本试验一、抗浮锚杆结构设计主要参数:1、抗浮锚桩(杆)总数:382根(基础平面图-锚杆平面布置图)。2、钻孔体:锚孔直径160mm,自基础垫层绝对顶标高至确保锚杆体入强风化岩石为5500mm或入中风化岩石为3500mm时的钻孔深度为为锚杆钻孔深度。3、固结体:采用M30水泥砂浆,水泥强度应大于32.5Mpa,且宜采用普通硅酸盐水泥。4、锚杆:采用锚筋2Φ25(HRB400),点焊成束,见示意图。5、锚杆在底板与岩层界面上下各200mm范围内涂环氧树脂减少锚杆锈蚀。二、抗浮锚杆拉力设计参数1
7、、锚杆锚固段长度及抗拔承载力特征值:中风化岩石为4000mm,抗拔承载力特征值为340KN。2、通过基本试验,确定能满足设计承载力。3、验收试验:锚杆验收抽样数为锚杆总数的3%,且不少于6根,最大试验荷载应取锚杆杆体抗拔极限承载力特征值的2倍。三、抗浮锚杆基本试验锚杆基本试验是为设计者确定锚杆极限承载力等设计参数的重要依据,地质条件的复杂性、施工手段和技术水平的差异、本工程的重要性,在施工前,会同建设方、监理方、设计方共同在现场选取合适位置,在三方的共同监督下施打试验锚杆,以确定锚杆的极限承载力等参数。1、钻孔施工工艺采
8、用嵌风钻机施钻。2、锚杆基本试验1)基本试验锚杆经确定为3根,用作基坑试验的锚杆参数、材料及施工工艺和工程锚杆相同。2)根据设计意见,正式施工前,做地质钻机成孔工艺的3根试验锚杆;以此试验数据来调整锚杆设计与施工;施工后验收锚杆12根(3%)且不少于6根。根据现场实际情况,基本试验的位置选择在车库会所的的中间部分,具
