1、通窍活血汤改善拟血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆作用的研究葛朝亮,汪宁。(1.安徽医科大学第一附属医院药剂科,合肥230022;2.安徽中医学院,安徽省中药研究与开发重点实验室,合肥230038)摘要:目的研究通窍活血汤对拟血管性痴呆(vasculardementia,VD)大鼠学习记忆作用及脑皮质中乙酰胆碱含量的影响,探讨通窍活血汤对拟血管性痴呆大鼠的作用机制。方法采用颈总动脉(CCA)注射混合血栓诱导剂法制作拟血管性痴呆大鼠模型。通过八臂迷宫检测大鼠工作记忆错误次数、参考记忆错误;光镜(HE染色)观察拟血管性痴呆大鼠脑组织海马CA1区病理形态的改变;酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法
2、检测拟血管性痴呆大鼠脑皮质中乙酰胆碱的含量。结果通窍活血汤高、中剂量能显著减少拟血管性痴呆大鼠的工作记忆错误次数、参考记忆错误次数(P<0.O1);明显改善拟血管性痴呆大鼠脑组织海马CA1区病理形态学异常;显著提高拟血管性痴呆大鼠脑皮质中乙酰胆碱的含量(P<0.01)。结论通窍活血汤能明显改善拟血管性痴呆大鼠的学习、记忆能力。其作用机制可能与改善拟血管性痴呆大鼠脑组织海马CA1区的椎体细胞的病理形态的异常,提高拟血管性痴呆大鼠脑皮质中乙酰胆碱的含量有关。关键词:通窍活血汤;血管性痴呆;海马CA1区;乙酰胆碱中图分类号:R965文献标志码:A文章编号:1001—2494(2012
