1、中国现代医生2015年4月第53卷第10期·医疗器械与设备·泰尔茂血糖仪与日立7180生化分析仪检测血糖结果相关性分析刘斌刘伟红康玉国z·1．山西省眼科医院设备科，山西太原030002；2．山西省眼科医院检验科，山西太原030002【摘要】目的对我院在用的泰尔茂血糖测定仪检测患者血糖结果与全自动日立7180生化仪检测血糖值分析比较，分析其相关性。方法采用血糖值不同的50份血液标本，使用泰尔茂血糖测定仪测3次，取均值；3000转／rain离心取血清在全自动Et立7180生化分析仪上测定3次，取均值，用SPSS软件进行分析。结果泰尔茂

2、血糖测定仪检测精密度CV％sb于5％，相对偏倚符合相应要求。与日立7180全自动生化仪测定值相比，泰尔茂血糖仪检测血糖结果均在允许范围内。泰尔茂血糖仪测定50份样本的均数±标准差为(7．51~0．69)，日立7180生化仪血糖测定的均数±标准差为(7．37~0．66)，泰尔茂血糖仪和日立7180生化仪血糖测定值之间无统计学差异(t=O．15，尸>0．05)：与日立7180生化分析仪相关系数R2=O．9739。结论血糖仪与全自动生化仪测定血糖的相关性良好，用于糖尿病患者血糖检测，但是一定要以生化仪测定的血糖值为诊断依据。[关键词】泰
