1、2010年第25卷第6期⑨JournalofTUSVo1.25No.62010囱圆甘氨酸对力竭性游泳小鼠抗体形成细胞的影响樊晓飞1,李良菊2,马斌2,丁建霞2,成静2摘要:探讨甘氨酸补充对一次力竭性运动小鼠抗体形成细胞的影响。方法:将小鼠随机分成力竭性游泳运动组(E),甘氨酸补充后力竭性游泳组(Gly+E),甘氨酸补充对照组(Gly),静息正常对照组(S),每组8只。在Gly+E、Gly组补充甘氨酸,其余两组给予生理盐水,处理4周后,E组和Gly+E组均做力竭性游泳运动。实验前5天用SRBC免疫小鼠,
2、采用定量溶血测定法(QHS)测定小鼠脾脏内抗体形成细胞溶解SRBC的能力;用微量凝集法测定小鼠血清中抗SRBC抗体的效价;测定胸腺指数和脾脏指数。结果:与E组比较,GIy+E组的力竭性游泳运动时间显著延长(PO.05;脾脏指数各组间比较有非常显
