1、实用放射学杂志2014年4月第30卷第4期JPractRadiol,Apr.2014,Vo1.30,No.4双源CT单能谱成像技术在腰椎峡部裂术后去除金属内固定伪影的应用毛锡金,夏吉凯,曹新山(滨州医学院附属医院放射科,山东滨州256600)摘要:目的探索双源CT单能谱成像技术在腰椎峡部裂术后去除金属内固定伪影的临床应用价值。方法24例腰椎峡部裂内固定术后患者,采用双源CT双能量模式扫描,应用单能谱技术(m0noenergetic)及3D、Inspace软件进行后处理,分别获得5O、8o、110、140、17OkeV5组图像及在相应条件
2、下和平均加权120keV条件下的多平面重建(multi—planarreconstruction,MPR)、容积再现(volumerendering,VR)及最大密度投影(maximumintensityprojection,MIP)图像。由2名高年资放射科医师对这5组图像及平均加权12OkeV图像进行图像质量评分,对图像质量评分采用Kruskal-Wallis检验进行统计学分析。由2名高年资骨科医师对最佳keV条件下MPR、VR及MIP图像的临床价值进行评价。对2名放射科及骨科医师的评分结果进行Kappa检查,评价一致性。结果在所有患
