2、对照(CK)相比,有机肥处理的长豇豆生长旺盛,叶片内抗氧化酶的活性显著提高。其中:1)超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性增幅为14.79/6~3O.49/6,过氧化物酶(POD)活性增幅为8.6~29.79/6,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性增幅为6.5~28.0。2)叶绿素、谷胱甘肽(GSH)和可溶性蛋白的含量均有不同程度的提高,丙二醛(MDA)含量明显降低,有机肥缓解了连作障碍对植株幼苗生理生长的影响。3)鸡粪为主的有机肥(F)处理对sOD、POD与CAT活性的影响与其他2个处理(F和F。)之间的差异达极显著(
