1、幼儿园校车整改报告篇一：甘棠镇艺蕾幼儿园校车整改报告甘棠镇艺蕾幼儿园校车整改报告为了贯彻落实教育局交通局校车安全工作会议精神，进一步加强我园校车安全管理，确保我园幼儿的人身安全，预防重大交通事故的发生，我园对有关校车安全方面的工作进行全面整改。现将具体整改措施报告如下：1、我园根据此次校车安全会议精神召开各位相关人员工作会议，落实会议精神，把解决校车各方面安全隐患作为我园头等大事来抓，强化责任到人制，进一步完善司机与跟车教师责任。2、严禁幼儿接送过程中超载现象出现，每车固定跟车教师一名，跟车坐门口招呼幼儿上下车情况，包括坐车过程中身体任何部位不可伸出窗外，打开一定的窗子宽
