1、水利水电工程验收监理实施细则3.1 总 则（1） 本细则适用于水利水电工程的验收工作。（2） 本细则参照SL223-1999《水利水电建设工程验收规程》、DL/T5123-2000《水电站基本建设工程验收规程》，工程施工合同文件、监理合同文件及建设单位有关规定编制。（3） 工程验收按阶段和范围不同划分为：工序和单元工程验收、分部工程验收、阶段（中间）验收、单位工程验收和合同项目工程竣工验收。（4） 工程验收工作的主要依据：1） 工程施工合同文件。2） 经业主签发的工程设计文件，包括设计图纸、设计变更、修改通知等。3）
2、国家和部颁的现行法规、规程规范、标准。4） 业主单位制定的有关工程建设和验收的规定。（5） 工程验收是合同项目工程建设中的重要程序，承建单位应重视并做好施工过程中工程资料（包括工程施工质量检查和检测试验资料、赤道 设备等检查试验资料、工序和单元工程验收签证资料、质量等级评定资料等）的收集、整理和总结工作，建立健全的技术档案制度，以确保工程验收的顺利进行。（6） 各类验收工作均应及时进行，工程经验收合格后才能进行后续阶段的施工，未经验收或验收不合格的工程，不能列入完工项目和进各个公司可以自行设计各种单据，并将单据内容与结果
