2、区植保植检站,江苏扬州225100)摘要:为明确烯啶虫胺对烟粉虱的作用方式与机制,室内测定了不同处理方式下烟粉虱的死亡率及解毒酶活性。结果显示,烯啶虫胺对烟粉虱有较强的内吸活性和触杀作用,处理72h后,2种方式的若虫和成虫的校正死亡率分别为90.60%、84.89%及79.90%、73.27%。半数致死浓度(LC。)剂量处理的烟粉虱成虫体内羧酸酯酶活性表现为可逆性抑制,处理24h后羧酸酯酶活性与对照问无显著差异,处理48h后羧酸酯酶活性显著高于对照;乙酰胆碱酯酶活性在处理后持续下降,36h后达稳定状态,活力比值下降19.59%左右(P<0.0
