4、greymethodisusedtopredictthewaterdemandin2010．Combinedwiththeresultofwatersupplyanddemand，thesystemfactorsofsafetywatersupplyestimatecanbeprimarilyestimated．Makeuseofprinciplecomponentanalysismethodtofilterthesefactorsandthroughclusteringanalysiscanclassifiedtheestimatedelevenfactorsi
