1、中药益气通络方治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病视网膜病变临床观察【摘要】目的观察自拟中药益气通络方治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床的疗效。方法将62例中医辨证为气阴两虚型的2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机分为两组，每组31例，对照组给予降脂药、降压药及生物合成人胰岛素进行综合治疗，观察组仅给予自拟中药益气通络方治疗，两组均以2周为1疗程，连续治疗3个疗程后，对两组临床疗效进行评价，并测定两组治疗前后相关生化指标的变化以评定其安全性。结果经3个疗程的治疗后，观察组总有效率为933%,对照组总有效率为767%,两组

2、比较差异有统计学意义(P005),而观察组以上指标较治疗前无明显变化。结论自拟中药益气通络方治疗糖尿病视网膜病变与西药综合治疗疗效相当，具有较好疗效，且对肝肾功能无明显损伤，较单纯西药治疗更安全可靠。【关键词】糖尿病视网膜病变；气阴两虚型；益气通络方ClinicalobservationoftraditionalChinesemedicineprescriptionbenefitingvitalenergyanddredgingcollateralsondiabeticretinopathywith
