3、vq.edu.hk/en/services/accreditation/academic-accreditation.2.InpreparingtheirAccreditationDocument,OperatorsshouldaddressthecriteriaforLPAshowninSections3to12below..3.ItisimportantthatOperatorsprovideevidencetodemonstratetheyhavemettherespectiveaccreditationcriter

4、ia.SourcesofevidenceshouldalsocovermeasuresadoptedbyOperatorswhichassurethequalityofthestudentlearningexperience.TheresponsibilityforprovidingappropriateevidencelieswiththeOperator.Inpreparingevidence,theemphasisshouldbeputonitsqualityandrelevance,nottheamount.The

5、followingsuggestionsareforreference,andarenotmeanttobeexhaustive.AsOperatorsarediverseinnatureandoperationalmode,itislikelythatevidencewilldiffer.4.Inpresentingevidence,normally,OperatorsareonlyrequiredtoprovideexistingmaterialsthatreflecttheOperators’policies,pro

6、cessesandoutcomes.Furtherclarificationmayberequiredifthereisanysignificantgapintheexistingmaterials.5.OperatorsshouldsubmitanAccreditationDocumentofaself-evaluativenaturebasedonon-goinginternalreviewactivitiesorwherenecessary,aself-evaluationprocess.Thelatterisnor

7、mallyrequiredforOperatorsundertakingtheirfirstLPA.6.TheAccreditationDocumentshouldbepresentedin2parts:aMainSubmissionandSupportingMaterials.7.TheMainSubmissionispreferablylimitedto60A-4-sizedpages,andpresentedin12sections.Wesuggestthefollowingcontentforthesections
