1、铸造工艺对钛冠桥精度影响的研究杨瑟飞郭天文李晓军(第四军医大学口腔医学院修复科,陕西西安710032)摘要目的:通过改进纯钛铸造方法提高钛铸件的精确性。方法:使用自行设计的模具制作标准化单冠蜡模48个,其中24个采用改进铸造法获得试件21个,另外24个使用原来的铸造法获得试件18个。使用测量显微镜按照90度的4个点分别测量蜡模和试件边缘距模具肩台的距离观察其边缘适合性;用线性切割的方法纵切试件,再用测量显微镜测量试件截面内壁选定的4个点(B’、C’、D’、E’)到模型的距离,观察冠的内部适合性。结果:改进
2、铸造法获得的试件肉眼观边缘更为完整,表面更光滑;改进铸造工艺前后的观察值d具有统计学上的显著性差异,即工艺改进后的d值更小;改进工艺前后B’、E’距模型的距离无统计学上的显著性差异,而C’、D’到模型的距离具有显著性差异,改进后的距离更小。结论:改进纯钛铸造工艺后标准化单冠试件的精确性有明显提高,但仍需通过研制开发专用的铸钛冠桥包埋料进一步补偿金属的铸造收缩。关键词:钛铸件;包埋料;蜡熔模;冠;精确性Theeffectofcastingtechniquesontheaccuracyoftitaniumcr
