2、,22,*2222龙向宇,方振东,唐然,周从直,冯裕钊,王恕1.后勤工程学院化学工程与技术博士后流动站,重庆4013112.后勤工程学院营房管理与环境工程系,重庆401311收稿日期:2011-06-28修回日期:2011-07-21录用日期:2011-07-28摘要:以进水COD与TP之比分别为100∶1和50∶1的两组SBR反应器为研究对象,探讨了胞外聚合物(EPS)在生物除磷中的作用.研究结果表明,EPS中不仅含有以高价阳离子沉淀物或络合物形式存在的无机磷(IP),而且含有以细菌细胞分泌物或代谢产物形式存在的有机磷(OP).两组SBR反应器活性污泥的厌氧
3、释磷过程主要由EPS产生,好氧吸磷过程主要由EPS完成;EPS的除磷量占系统除磷量的60%~62%,细菌细胞的除磷量占系统除磷量的30%~38%.EPS对主体液相中磷的去除主要通过EPS与主体液相之间磷的间接传输途径来完成,说明EPS在生物除磷过程中充当磷储存库的作用.关键词:胞外聚合物;生物除磷;细菌细胞文章编号:0253-2468(2012)04-784-06中图分类号:X703.1文献标识码:ARolesofextracellularpolymersubstancesinbiologicaldephosphorization1,22,*2222LONGX
