2、流场,同时也有剪切流场和涡流的存在;该单元入口处呈现较大负压力,出口处呈现较大正压力,具有良好的正位移输运能力;叶片单元剪切流场区域所占流体区域的比例较小,与螺杆元件一样存在较强的剪切流场;叶片单元具有较强的拉伸作用,而螺杆元件在产生拉伸流场方面远低于叶片单元。因此,叶片塑化输运单元可以提高聚合物的塑化与分散混合性能,经过叶片注塑成型机加工的制品性能要优于螺杆元件加工的制品。关键词:叶片塑化输运单元;塑化性能;速度场;压力场;剪切速率;拉伸速率中图分类号:TQ320.5+2文献标识码:A文章编号:100
