1、第18卷第5期中国矿业V01．18．No．52009年5月CHINAMININGMAGAZINEMay2009对煤矿采空区土地开发评估指标体系的研究一安石(黑龙江科技学院建筑工程学院，黑龙江哈尔滨150027)摘要：煤矿采空区土地是煤矿区可持续发展的重要自然资源。煤矿采空区土地开发利用适宜性评估结果，是煤矿采空区土地利用规划及其开发利用的科学依据，而建立科学的评估指标体系，是煤矿采空区土地开发利用适宜性评估的基础。本文基于煤矿采空区土地开发利用适宜性的基本概念，分析了煤矿采空区土地开发利用适宜性的主要影响因素，提出了煤矿采空区土地开发利用适宜性评估指标体系构建

2、的原则。基于AHP法建立了煤矿采空区土地开发利用适宜性评估的层次结构模型，依据该层次结构模型构造了各层次判断矩阵，并进行了层次单排序和层次总排序及其一致性检验。经研究分析得到：断层、地震烈度、采空区体积、煤层埋藏深度、采空区面积、节理裂隙、岩土体承载力及煤层层数等，是煤矿采空区土地开发利用适宜性评估的主要指标。关键词：煤矿采空区土地；开发利用适宜性；评估指标体系；AHP中图分类号：TU984／X21文献标识码：A文章编号：1004—4051(2009)05—0048—05Ontheindexsystemforcoalmininggoaflanddevelopi
