1、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶和活性氧对2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能的影响【摘要】目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能与氧化应激的关系。方法2013年1月至2014年10月2型糖尿病患者100例为DM组、糖耐量受损的患者55例为IGT组和健康就诊者30例为对照组,测定3组血浆丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和活性氧(ROS)水平,采用稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-β)以及胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)评价胰岛β细胞功能。结果:GDM组患者MDA、ROS、OMA-IR、HOMA-IR水平明显高于IGT组和对照组,IGT组和对照组HDL-C、S
2、OD、HOMA-β、ISI水平明显低于GDM组,差异均有明显的统计学意义(p<0.05),HOMA-IR与MDA和ROS呈现明显的正相关(p<0.01),与SOD呈现明显的负相关(p<0.01);HOMA-β与MDA和ROS呈现明显的负相关(p<0.01),与SOD呈现明显的正相关(p<0.01),ISI与MDA和ROS呈现明显的负相关(p<0.01),与SOD呈现明显的正相关(p<0.01);Logistic回归分析显示:FINS,MDA,SOD,ROS是影响胰岛β细胞功能的主要因素。结论:2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能受损可能与氧化应激有关。【关键词】:2型糖尿病患者;氧化
