3、analysis(PCA)withhistogramwereappliedtoacquirethespatialdistributionofibuprofengranule.Theresultindicatedthatasimilardistributiontrendcanbeacquiredbybothofthetwomethodsmentionedabove;theinformationofPC2resultsfromibuprofenmainlysincethecorrelationcoefficientbetwee
4、nPC2loadingvectorandtheNIRspectrumofibuprofenis0.9930.TheresultofPCAindicatedthattheinformationofPC2resultsfromibuprofenmainlyforboththelowandthehighcontentofibuprofeninthetablets.ThecorrelationcoefficientbetweenthedataofthetwoPC2loadingvectorsofthelowandthehighco
